Using the requirements gathered from BDC-HM and INCLUDE, we can now select the most appropriate fields from the TOPMed Prioritized data sets.
There should be two classes of fields that we pull from TOPMed Prioritized.
Fields that align to the requirement fields in BDC-HM and INCLUDE
Other high-priority fields that are clear concerns of TOPMed or data analysts.
We should try to keep this group of fields fairly low. Outside of fields used to describe the research project and participant, we should keep the number of fields around 20, including participant demographics. I don't have a strong justification for this other than that the purpose of this toy data set is that it should be small enough that a human can easily understand the whole data set.
