Said 当前并没有好的通知系统，各种留言消息都只能自己去对应的页看并且留言。

当 Said 出现报警和有人留言的时候应该有邮件通知。

而通知系统优先级在邮件系统之下。

在管理员回复留言的时候，也应该有对应的邮件发送给该留言的用户。

错误日志也应该发邮件

发邮件已经开发完毕，错误日志尚未实现发送邮件
