[TN-DGD] Reset users settings #1292

Description

As an admin I want a webadmin route to reset account settings:

subscribe all IMAP folders
delete all identity and re-creates default identity
delete email rules
delete forwards
reset tmail settings

Should be modular and easy to extend

chibenwa added grooming customer labels
