I'm not sure I understand your question.

Have you tried running the termbox application ?

As indicated on the frontpage, it's not ready to be used. Please help!

More than 7 months passed since this issue was closed. But the frontpage still says not ready to be used. Any status update?

I face the same situation, built lime-git on Arch Linux. lime_term opened lime's main source file under an interface similar to nano, it accepts my typing but doesn't response to ctrl-c or ctrl-z. I have to kill -9 from another terminal.

lime_qml took long time to start, outputting just some errors on the terminal, no GUI started:

(main:29882): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot register existing type 'GtkIMContext'

(main:29882): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot add private field to invalid (non-instantiatable) type ''

(main:29882): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion 'result != 0' failed

(main:29882): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_register_dynamic: assertion 'parent_type > 0' failed

Please add some tutorial for newbies like me. Thanks.

lime-git(in aur i suppose) is flagged out of date, If you want to build use building instruction here.
The frontend is not ready yet as indicated in frontpage because there was not much contribution from 7 months ago.

Thanks for your quick response to a closed issue. Then from the viewpoint of a normal user (not editor developer), comes the normal question: why not to focus on at least one front end and write some tutorials so that more users can start use this wonderful editor?

No matter how powerful the back end grows, without front end, this project is futile to an ordinary user. Thanks for your efforts!

No one is working full time on limetext and there aren't a lot of contributions, Maybe we can create milestones and emphasis on frontend later(when there are more contributors).

Yes, that'd be nice. Please help make the project move forward with your own skills, and/or suggest how others can use theirs in #250!
