为什么input shape是 B，N，4，2？ #52

Hello 大佬，

想问一下demo.py和oriented_iou_loss.py里为什么数据的shape是B，N，4，2？为什么最后一个dimension是2？
不应该是B，N，4，1吗？代表box每一个顶点的坐标
