Update Plugin's Minimum Requirements to PHP 8.0 & WP 6.5

Description

The LSX Design theme's minimum requirements need to be updated to PHP 8.0 and WordPress 6.5 to align with current standards and improve security and compatibility.

Tasks

• Update the minimum PHP requirement to 8.0.
• Update the WordPress version requirement to 6.5.
• Reflect these changes in the style.css, readme.txt, and other relevant files.

Acceptance Criteria

• PHP and WordPress version requirements are updated and tested for compatibility.
• Documentation is consistent with the new requirements.
