Adding LocParams dynamically to Groups

It'll be great if you can allow for functions that add LocParams to a all items of a group. In ddp's words:

I'll noodle on some partial functions that might allow adding
additional LocParams to Locs that have particular matching LocParams (like
Group or something else).
