I have downloaded the last debug version and that bug that I have reported it fixed it.
Maybe it was related to the merge, that fix it. #6045

I don't know why sometimes it doesn't charge the downloading rate the first time, but when I change to another tab and I go back to downloads it works.

With the last debug version, it now works partially well, but when you are downloading multiple videos like 2 at the same time the bug appears.

Good news, I have downloaded the last debug version and now it's fixed.
If it happens again I will reopen this issue.
