When a player disguised as slab stands on block of the same type his disguise becomes invisible.
This occurs with others blocks which height is lower than regular blocks(eg soul sand or dirt path).

There is another bug - these blocks visually disappear when disguise started and player standing on them.

Server version: 1.12.2
