Software IP checksum calculation is slow

I measured a 50% performance hit in my arbitrary VXLAN example when the inner checksum needs to be recalculated without offloading support.

The software checksum code is currently a naive Lua implementation (except for the pseudo header for L4 protocols).
Snabb has great software checksum code, maybe that can be helpful here.
