Process for projects to request resources/funding

Many of the LF Energy projects have needs that are outside the standard services provided for projects. Examples of needs include...

• Cloud infrastructure
• SWAG and other physical goods
• Other collaboration tooling
• Specialized services ( documentation, security support, etc )

To help ensure both the TAC can provide support for as many projects in a cost-efficent way, while at the same time priorizing funding/services towards projects at the higher levels of the Project Lifecycle, the TAC should come up with a process for projects to request funding/resources and then an internal process for allocation.

An inspriation/starting point for the TAC can be a similar policy for ASWF
