build command:

nimble c -d:mingw --os:windows --cc:gcc --gcc.exe:/usr/bin/x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc --gcc.linkerexe:/usr/bin/x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc src/app.nim -o:./app.exe
