Documentation: Mention that Pebble can be used from the binaries in the releases in the readme

When I first looked at Pebble, I missed the binary releases and because compiling from Go had an error I abandoned the idea to use it. I suggest adding a small note to the Install section to let people know that they can also install Pebble simply by downloading a release binary.
