High contrast theme has invisible focusvisualstyle

Describe the bug

The high contrast theme that can be found in Wpf.Gallery has unclear focus visual style for all controls

To Reproduce

Preconditions:
In windows 11, have default Light theme

Repro:

1. Start Wpf.Gallery
2. Go to Settings/App theme
3. Select 'High contrast'
4. Navigate the app using keyboard

Expected behavior

Expected result:
It is visually clear which control has focus

Actual result:
It is visually unclear which control has focus

Additional context

In the screenshot I have used Snoop to see in the lower left corner which control that has focus
