System theme high contrast wrong color titlebar

Describe the bug

When setting high contrast system theme in Windows 11 the title bar color is wrong.

To Reproduce

1. In Windows 11 go to Settings/Accessibility/Contrast themes
2. Select 'Desert'
3. Start WpfUi.Gallery

Expected behavior

Expected result:
Title bar is according to Desert-theme

Actual result:
Title bar is black
