Updated link to tutorials

Hi @leokhoa ,

Alexander Walther (alxndr-w), Karen Stingel (kstingel) and I have tried to re-create the tutorials from the old forum, thanks to web.archve.org.

1. Laragon users can be directed to the latest tutorial.
2. Anyone can edit them to keep the information up to date.
3. This will help the image of Laragon.
