MariaDB 10.11.6 install creates data\mariadb-10.1 directory

Using Laragon 6.0.0 and installing MariaDB 10.11.6 works but creates a data sub-directory named mariadb-10.1 not mariadb-10.11. Changing the my.ini file does not help. The next time the engines are restarted laragon initializes a new data sub-directory named as before mariadb-10.1. Is there any way to fix this through the configuration? Thanks.
