Click on title resolves without path/basecontext

Hi,

in the index.html there there is following code:

<h5><a href="/#/" style="color:#fff;font-weight: normal;font-size: 14px;">KAFKA CONNECT</a></h5>

This breaks the function, as we use following URL (with path/basecontext) to access kafka-connect-ui:

https://xyz/path

and now it resovles to

https://xyz/#/

intead of

https://xyz/path/#

In kafak-topics-ui it works fine.
