Incorrect link to documentation html #74

In the Kafka connect Docker (latest build
2018-03-21), the browser tries to retrieve documentation at:

/src/documentation///lenses.stream/connectors/source/mqtt.html
or
/src/documentation/undefined

while in fact the documentation is still located at:

/src/documentation/com.datamountaineer.streamreactor.connect.mqtt.source.MqttSourceConnector.html
