I noticed some issues with the new hai reveal campaign assuming you did free worlds. One part is explicitly commented that this assumption is made (Hai Leaks Response 2A). There is also a part congratulating you for fighting the pug (Hai Leaks Response 2), likely assuming that "pug attack" = "you fight pug" which isn't actually always true in ScS. There are likely other issues stemming from this as well. I recommend reading through hai reveal, especially the intro missions, and looking to see where such problems occur.

The intro to Hai Reveal has been redone since then, so that the part assuming you have joined the free worlds has been modified so that that mission only shows if you have actually joined the free worlds. However, there are still parts of it that assume you have fought the Pug, such as "Hai Reveal: Meet the Team: Xilin 1." (some parts like the one where you explain the difference between a pug and a hai still make sense, as you would have interacted with them).

EDIT: By the way, it is possible to fix this here, by disabling that mission and creating your own version of that mission that depends on whether or not you have fought the pug. To me this makes the most sense at the moment as this issue is only present due to a plugin.

The intention I think is for Remington to bring you to the meeting if you did the vanilla Syndicate campaign, when that is made, but I don't know if Remington is part of Crisis in Management. If not, having one or more of the Crisis in Management characters introduce you to Remington, then having Remington take you to the meeting and introduce you to Alondo, should be enough.
