Update documentation with current python version #127

Current documentation in .pdf (http://leeping.github.io/forcebalance/doc/ForceBalance-Manual.pdf) and on html (http://leeping.github.io/forcebalance/doc/html/installation.html) says that force balance requires python version 2.7, but should be updated to using python 3.6.
