Export Functionality for Selected Entries

I am looking for an export function that allows selected allocations to be exported as a single list. We use this tool for planning project days and need a list with the classes (a field in the user description) and the projects. Currently, we have to reformat this in Excel, which is cumbersome, involving pivot tables and other manual steps.
