能否实现报警匹配机器分组 #23

hi:
能够把某一类规则挂到某一匹配的机器分组下. 比如 A 机器组是数据库 disk IO 阈值较高. B 机器组是 web 相应阈值就较低.

目前設計將 hostgroup/host 分組的資訊，透過 events 打入 Riemann 。
透過 falcon/query-hostgroup 函數，來對每一個 event 查詢對應的 hostgroup
