Mobile: Rich Text Editor: Add UI for creating new code blocks #13058
Description
At present, it's possible to edit existing code blocks with the mobile Rich Text Editor. However, there is no UI for directly adding new code blocks.
This could be improved by either:
- Adding a new toolbar button for creating code blocks. This toolbar button should only be visible when using the Rich Text Editor.
- Adjusting the behavior of the existing "code" toolbar button to match the Markdown editor. Currently, the Markdown editor toggles between inline code -> block code -> no code formatting.
