Add a strikethrough shortcut to the toolbar

This is how the button looks like in e.g. LibreOffice Writer:

Is this feature missing for a reason or should I try to create a PR to add strikethrough button?

The Menu items, Shortcuts, Toolbar icons plugin adds highlight (mark), strikethrough, underline, superscript, and subscript to the toolbar.

If there is a bold and italic button without using any plugins, I would consider strikethrough also one of the "basic" actions without needing a plugin.

That plugin hasn't been updated in a couple years so I am a bit hesistant.

I have been using it without any problem since it was written and I am now on Joplin 2.14.20.

That plugin hasn't been updated in a couple years so I am a bit hesistant.

I guess that it has not been updated because there's not really anything to update or make better.
