🚀 : Update birthdate and name (only for the first time)

I'm always frustrated when I can't update my birthdate and only have an unlimited ability to update my name, which can lead to potential inconsistencies in my account information.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like an option to update my birthdate only once after the initial setup, to correct any errors made during registration. Additionally, I would like the ability to update my name, but with a limit of only one time per account.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could be to allow users to request changes to their birthdate and name through customer support. However, this process is less convenient and slower compared to allowing controlled updates directly within the app.

Additional context
Allowing a one-time update for both birthdates and names will enhance user experience by providing necessary flexibility while maintaining data integrity. Here's a screenshot of the current settings page for reference.

There's no need to address this issue anymore; we only need to focus on issue #776. Regarding the birthdate functionality, it should be included in the support mail or discord support.
