The documentation under https://lancache.net/docs/containers/dns/ says that I can use the UPSTREAM_DNS variable to specify an upstream DNS server. I want to be able to provide a comma or whitespace-separated list of multiple DNS server IPs and have lancache DNS automatically try the next upstream DNS server from the list if the first would not respond
