How run code with png image format #27
Comments
My code is designed to run on 3D medical scans. Maybe try this repo (https://github.com/Cheng-Lin-Li/SegCaps) for running on natural images. |
Very thank you for valuable reply. My images are also 3D medical scans.
images are in dicom format and masks are in .nii format (and also i can
convert both into .png format). if possible may you please provide
instructions for this.
