"Couldn't get results" if an index has been deleted #1

$ pginsight_darwin_x86 index usage
Couldn't get results
 pq: relation "my_idx" does not exist

it should just skip this one

I tried it on a dropped index, and it's working.
Can you tell me the steps to reproduce it?
