Is it possible to use ashlar to live stitch when acquisiton frames while scanning the tissue ?

Not as currently designed -- the current architecture assumes all of the tiles are available up front. You could probably use some of the building blocks in utils.py to implement live stitching, but it would be very dependent on your specific experimental setup.
