Let's display private tag in 'Enviroment' page if the image has private label #2221

Main idea

If image has private label, you don't show the environment in "new session" dialog. It is quite confusing because the image has been installed but can not select in "new session" dialog. So please display 'private' tag in environment page so that admin can recognize that the image is private.
