Currently to determine whether we have vulnerabilities or not in an asset/assetVersion we probably check if there are any open vulnerabilities.
But we should instead check if there are any open or fixed vulnerabilities, so the user can see the fixed vulnerabilities without the need for open vulnerabilities.
