Purify theme for Ranger

Installation

# If you have wget
$ wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kyoz/purify/master/ranger/purify.py -O ~/.config/ranger/colorschemes/default.py

# If you have curl
$ curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kyoz/purify/master/ranger/purify.py --output ~/.config/ranger/colorschemes/default.py

# Or manually download `purify.py` file and put it in `~/.config/ranger/colorschemes` (Rename to default.py if you want to make purify as default colorschemes);

After installed, reopen ranger and you have Purify colorschemes installed.
