how to change the mouse paw mapping #175

i wanna know how to properly map the mouse paw position (see video below)

the mouse position i can change, i just cant change the end of the paw position, where it holds the mouse (sorry dont know how to explain)

please i know basically nothing about coding so i really need help :(
