Make kubevious rule applied via Kubevious CLI show up in Dashboard

ClusterRule or Rule CRDs that are used in CLI do not show up in the Dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like

Though the Kubevious CLI loads rules from multiple sources, the rule not showing up in dashboard restricts the capability exposed by the tool. A gitops first approach via cli will leap frog the capability of the tool & ultimately it's adoption
