Please update your go deps from k8s.io/test-infra

This repo uses a very old version of prow from k8s.io/test-infra/prow and k8s.io/test-infra/pkg. Most of these packages have been moved to sigs.k8s.io/prow/pkg as described here.

I'm cleaning up kubernetes/test-infra repository and noticed your repository is using removed packages from there.
