What would you like to be added

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Support

Why is this needed

Ubuntu 24.04 is the latest LTS version of Ubuntu Server and just released.
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/noble-numbat-release-notes/39890

It brings some new features we may concerned:

  • Linux 6.8 kernel with low latency kernel features enabled by default
  • Frame pointers enabled by default for the majority of packages on x86 architectures
  • 64-bit time_t by default on armhf to address the year 2038 issue
  • AppArmor-enforced unprivileged user namespaces restricted by default
  • glibc to 2.39

i havent never installed successully in ubuntu 20.04 LTS and 22.04 LTS :))
always show error:
Kubeadm | Initialize first master failure.

crictl ps
no container is running
