Install bird when cilium using bird to run BGP? #11110

What would you like to be added

Cilium support using bird to run BGP:
https://docs.cilium.io/en/stable/network/bird/

But I found that there isn't tasks to install and configure bird in kubespray, how about add these tasks?

Why is this needed

Add options for cilium to install bird when cilium using underlay network, and add tasks to install and configure bird.
