When using the installer, on the authentification screen with GitLab, if there is an error message, like gitops repository already existing in the GitLab group selected, even when the error is fixed, nothing can remove the error unless you refresh the page. I tried to update the GitLab token, select again the group, but nothing else worked.
AFAIK, we fixed this issue with GitHub a while ago, so it may just be the same problem we had, but for the GitLab page.
