I copied the Material.gpl file into palettes directory. When I refresh the palettes window first time, GIMP gives this message:

Reading palette file 'C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\palettes\Copy Material.gpl': Missing GREEN component in line 3.
Reading palette file 'C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\palettes\Copy Material.gpl': Missing BLUE component in line 3.

After clicking ok, it changes the file a bit. Then everything seems to be working. It seems palette file format changed a bit after all those years, since this repo updated.
Gimp version: 2.10.34
