Do multicluster deployment using istio

I am following this guide to deploy my services in multiple clusters. It states that I need to install a custom IstioOperator. But, after installing it, I started seeing this error in the istiod pod continuously-

2023-09-04T12:27:51.453748Z error ads Failed to authenticate client from 10.28.0.162:40468: Authenticator ClientCertAuthenticator: no verified chain is found; Authenticator KubeJWTAuthenticator: could not get cluster Kubernetes's kube client

I installed kserve v0.9 using the quick_install.sh script in my clusters and modified the script to install the necessary certificates before installing istio.

Is there a way to resolve this error?
