The Known Hosts screen is an incredible frustration for me - I ssh in to a couple of hundred hosts, and every now and then a machine gets rebuilt with the same name but a new key. Finding one of those hosts is an exercise in scrolling through the entire list, getting to the bottom, not finding it and then going through again. Super tedious!
Ideally I would be able to type the hostname, or sort alphabetically, or most recently attempted or something. Not sure. Almost anything (other than maybe pure random ;)) would be a massive help.
