I am looking into the problem. If you understand docker builds and python libraries, I welcome your help with this matter. The error messages are there for all to see.

I am not 100% sure what triggered this, but I am now able to build the docker on github. In doing some testing have gone ahead and changed to python 3.10 in the docker.

so i still do not have this fixed. it is intermittent, and it seems to be correlated with the build taking a long time. will keep working on it.
