The pull request #131 added organization creation use case adding needed modifications across TaskManager Bounded context. To keep synchronized the available users we need to create User aggregate inside this BC. Probably User is an agnostic term inside TaskManager to maintain a good ubiquity.

Any better alternatives to name this aggregate?
