How to create a *Pool file*?

Hi, a nice software for simulating recombination rate really.

I already use the individual sequencing model，and it did work.

But I don't understand how to create a pool file in pool mode.

Do I need multiple pools , or is one enough? If I have the bulked sequencing 50 samples in one pool (example.vcf , pool name AA), how to create a pool file?

there are three columns: the chrom name, the position on the chrom, and the allele frequency in the pool.
