where is the fastboot binary? #47

Name itself is clearly stating that it's for ADB. so, there is no fastboot tool.
You can always get the latest adb & fastboot binaries https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-windows.zip

Note: You will still need drivers.
