problems with ssh connection on openshift account

Hope i am not off topic, ssh login is not working for me with the free openshift account. maybe i do something wrong. My opinion is that the private key is not reached or opened even if i launch brackets as admin

can someone provide a login example?

ah ic, synapse supported the file type for the key of the secure connection is just created by Openssl.

but I recommned to the key used by connection whether or not.

1. Make sure the file permission, this mean is the file has valid priority whether or not.
2. Use Wireshark, that is tool for monitoring the actual streaming data. you will see the key data is there or not.
