Unable to start stream from Tunarr on OSMC Raspberry Pi 4 #985

I just got OSMC set up on my Pi connected to my SDTV to try and make a retro TV station by connecting it to my custom IPTV channels hosted with Tunarr, but I can't seem to get it working with Simple IPTV as the PVR manager addon. When selecting a stream to try and play it, the radial loading circle appears for a split second before disappearing, quitting the stream before even getting to the player screen. I have confirmed that the m3u file from Tunarr works, have double-checked the URL I gave it, and have confirmed that it reads the XML file for the EPG successfully, but it just instantly quits out any stream I try and start. I attached my log, could someone possibly help me out?
