Add lists of categories/tags

As a user, I want to see a list of all categories. I also want to be able to click on the category and see all the recipes labeled with that category.
Same thing with the tags.

Also filtering tags would be great esp. when having many recipes stored in mealie it becomes hard to find the correct one in the app.
