Deployment fails when following tutorial

After following this tutorial

I am getting the following error after clicking "Deploy now"

Having problem deploying your blocks? Please check your block configuration:
Check Mismatched Port? (during your deployment, we check that the port number you set on your kintoblock is listening)
Allocated Enough Memory? (make sure you give your block enough memory to start)

Also when trying to add a postgres block I dont get any options
